Detroit Outreach Korean Language Class First Eight-week Session Ended
Detroit church out reach program Korean language class first eight-week session was ended. During this session, a total of eight people regularly joined the class and really enjoyed the lessons, studying very hard to be prepared for each next class. The first student to register for this class was Mr. Kelly.  He first came for the class, but then he started to offer a free taekwondo class.  He then started coming to church services and bible studies. The students have enjoyed the class.  Some of them plan to travel to Korea in the near future, and others really like Korean culture.

Darlinda shared: “This class really helped me a lot.  I tried to learn by myself, but my learning was limited by my accent.  I’m planning a trip to Korea this September and this class really helped me a lot.  I am so glad to meet so many friends during this class.  I’m looking forward to joining the next session.”

Student Desi shared: “I’m very thankful that Pastor Drew taught me Korean language.  I also really enjoyed playing ping-pong with him.  I will come for the next session in the future and will come to play ping-pong for exercise.”

Church members plan to alternate eight-week sessions of Korean language and Chinese language classes.  The next Chinese language outreach class will be offered in August.
